BioDynamix tells a memorable story. Villagers in Yuzurihara, Japan, the brand says, keep farming well into old age, and their diet includes satsumaimo, a purple sweet potato said to be rich in hyaluronan. The brand also says hyaluronan gives joint fluid its thick, cushioning quality and that the body holds on to less of it after age 30.
