How a page is made

Fact sheet
Each product starts with a fact sheet built from the seller's label, sales page, terms, refund policy and checkout. Only facts we can point to a source for go into it.

Writing
Pages are written from the fact sheet and the research. Seller claims are attributed to the seller; our own views are labelled as ours.

Checking
Before a page goes live, every price, refund window, contact detail and quoted claim is checked against the source documents, and every link is checked.

Updating
When a seller changes a formula, a price or its terms, or new research appears, the page is revised and shows an updated date.
What we are, and are not
We are editors and researchers who read labels, terms and studies closely. We are not a medical practice, and we do not give personal medical advice. Our pages explain what a product contains, what its seller claims and what the research says, so that you can have a better conversation with your own doctor or pharmacist.
