Key takeaways
- 01 One scoop (about 4.93 g) carries vitamin D3 (50 mcg), vitamin B6 (10 mg), magnesium (50 mg), zinc (12 mg) and 70 mg of sodium from sea salt.
- 02 The plant lines run from fenugreek (500 mg) to panax ginseng (50 mg), plus boron (5 mg) and a 200 mg blend of six plants with no separate doses.
- 03 The tub's other ingredients are flavoring, citric acid, sea salt and stevia leaf extract, and the seller says it is free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, barley and animal products.
- 04 The four papers we link are research on single ingredients, not tests of ProstaVive itself.
Flip the tub around and the back panel tells you exactly what a scoop of ProstaVive holds. That is the moment to separate the seller’s story from the numbers, so this page does both: the doses come from the Supplement Facts panel, and every job description is credited to the seller.
The panel in one table
A serving means one scoop, roughly 4.93 g, and each tub contains 30 of them. Amounts below are per scoop, and the last column is the seller’s own description of the ingredient’s job.
| Ingredient | Amount | Role according to the seller |
|---|---|---|
| Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) | 50 mcg | Called crucial for a healthy body, with a link to prostate function, mood and bone density |
| Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) | 10 mg | No role stated |
| Magnesium (citrate) | 50 mg | Tied to deeper sleep, healthy blood vessels, energy and brain function |
| Zinc (citrate) | 12 mg | Linked with a healthy prostate and better sleep |
| Sodium (from sea salt) | 70 mg | No role stated |
| Fenugreek seed powder | 500 mg | Prostate function, healthy stress, mood and brain function |
| Artichoke extract (whole herb) | 300 mg | Rich in antioxidants that help maintain prostate health |
| Ashwagandha extract (root) | 250 mg | Linked with the body’s detox processes |
| Cordyceps powder | 250 mg | No role stated |
| Maca root extract | 250 mg | Energy and a better mood |
| Six-plant blend | 200 mg in total | No role stated |
| Stinging nettle root extract | 200 mg | Prostate health, plus urinary tract health in men |
| Tongkat ali extract (100:1) | 100 mg | An antioxidant linked with healthy stress |
| Panax ginseng root extract | 50 mg | Healthy blood flow and cognition |
| Boron (citrate) | 5 mg | A healthy inflammation response, detox and brain function |
The three plants on the front
Nettle root is the seller’s choice for urinary tract health in men. At 200 mg a scoop it sits in the middle of the plant list by weight, and it earns its place on the tub front through the story the seller tells about normal urinary flow.
Cordyceps is a fungus, listed at 250 mg. It shares the front of the tub with nettle root and ginseng, but the seller’s own list of ingredient roles leaves it out, so we describe where it appears and nothing more.
Panax ginseng is a small line at 50 mg, and the seller puts it behind healthy blood flow and cognition. That fits the circulation theme that runs through the whole pitch.
The supporting plants
Fenugreek has the biggest amount on the panel at 500 mg. The seller connects it with prostate function, healthy stress, mood and brain function.
Artichoke extract comes from the whole herb, and the seller calls it rich in antioxidants that help maintain prostate health.
Ashwagandha is a root extract. The seller associates it with the body’s detox processes.
Maca is positioned for energy and a better mood.
Tongkat ali appears as a 100:1 extract at 100 mg. The seller calls it a powerful antioxidant and links it with healthy stress.
Boron is the smallest dose on the list at 5 mg, and the seller ties it to a healthy inflammation response, detox and brain function.
Zinc, magnesium, vitamin D3 and vitamin B6
Four everyday nutrients have lines of their own. Zinc comes as 12 mg of zinc citrate, magnesium as 50 mg of magnesium citrate, vitamin D3 as 50 mcg and vitamin B6 as 10 mg. The seller links zinc with a healthy prostate and better sleep, magnesium with sleep, healthy blood vessels, energy and brain function, and vitamin D with a healthy body, prostate function, mood and bone density. For vitamin B6 the seller’s pages say nothing, so we say nothing either. If you already take a multivitamin or a vitamin D supplement, add up the totals before you start, a point our safety page returns to.
The 200 mg blend
One line on the panel groups six plants under a single figure: beet root powder, alfalfa leaf powder, black currant fruit powder, broccoli leaf powder, pomegranate fruit extract and raspberry fruit powder. The label gives 200 mg for the whole group and no amount for each, so we cannot tell you how much beet root sits in a scoop. The seller’s own list of key ingredients skips the blend, along with cordyceps and vitamin B6, which is why the label is our source for the complete list.
What else is in the powder
The remaining lines are stevia leaf extract, sea salt, citric acid and flavoring. Stevia leaf extract is the sweetener on the list. The seller says the formula leaves out gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, barley and animal products, and says it holds no known allergens. If you have a food sensitivity, read the entire panel yourself and ask a professional.
The research behind the ingredients
The seller’s reference page lists a number of papers. We link only the four that are about everyday ingredients and say nothing about the prostate or any health condition:
- Tongkat ali, stress hormones and mood in moderately stressed people (2013).
- Ashwagandha and endurance in healthy athletes (2015).
- Magnesium in Prevention and Therapy, a review (2015).
- Zinc intake and supplementation in older adults (2013).
Each is research on a single ingredient. None tested ProstaVive, and none shows what this powder will do for you. Use them as background reading on what the ingredients are and how they have been studied.
How to read a label that includes a blend
A blend is not a flaw, but it does limit comparison. When two products both list nettle root, you can compare amounts directly. When a product groups several plants under one figure, you can compare the total only. ProstaVive keeps its blend to a single 200 mg line among fifteen, so almost the whole label is comparable.
How the powder is taken
The seller’s instruction is simple: stir a single scoop into water or a beverage you like, once a day. Its pages differ slightly on timing, with one suggesting the morning and another a meal, so pick the same hour each day and stay with it. One tub lasts 30 days.
