Questions come up whenever a personal product is sold behind a quiz, so here is a plain-language FAQ built from what the order page and the ClickBank screens after it show. Each answer is short on purpose, and the longer guides on this site go deeper where you want more.

- Prices: $37 for black and white, $67 for color with speed and two bonuses.

Where to read more
Our price page breaks the two packages down, our what’s included page lists every item, and our where to buy page shows you how to order safely. The overview gathers everything in a single place.
How to use these answers
Start with the questions that match your situation. For a gift, the delivery and package answers matter most. If data worries you, the quiz and payment answers matter most. If you want a safety net, the refund answers matter most. Everything here reflects what the seller shows as of October 30, 2026, so look at the boxes again when you order.
Why these answers are reliable
Every figure here is taken from what the order page and the ClickBank screens after it display, and we avoid claims we cannot see. That is why we say “according to the seller” where a detail comes from the seller’s wording, and why we do not quote customer comments. Where a detail is unclear, such as which package carries the zodiac compatibility guide, we say so and point you to the boxes on the order page.
How we keep this page current
We re-read the order page whenever we update prices, and the date at the top of this site’s product pages shows the last time we checked. If the seller changes a price, a delivery time or the guarantee, we update the figures. Regard the order page itself as the final word on any detail.
Quick tips for first-time buyers
Choose your package after you have read your preview, not before. Use an inbox you check often. Decide about the seller’s emails in advance. Save the receipt the moment it arrives. And when buying for a date, count the hours back from it and pick the delivery speed to match.
Still have a question?
If the answer you need is not here, the seller’s support address on your receipt is the quickest route for order questions, and ClickBank order support covers payment questions. You can also write to our editors through the contact page.

Frequently asked questions
What is Tara Lunar's Soulmate Sketch?
A keepsake sold digitally by a brand called My Soulmate Profile. After a short quiz you choose a package, and a personal sketch plus a written reading arrive by email. People buy it as a gift, a keepsake or a small indulgence.
Who takes the payment?
ClickBank. The quiz and the package boxes are on the seller's page, and payment happens on ClickBank's own page, which also issues your order number and receipt.
What does the quiz involve?
Five short steps, covering a few preferences, your birthday, your first name and your email. By the seller's count it takes about 60 seconds.
Why are the prices hidden until the quiz is done?
That is how the seller built the page. The two package boxes open after the quiz, so you need to finish the questions before you can compare the options.
What does the preview show?
Your sign and element, a handful of compatible signs and a few lines of text about you. It is prepared for each sign in advance and is free to read.
How much does it cost?
Sketch + Reading is $37 and the Complete Package is $67. The seller shows $97 crossed out beside the $67 box as its own reference figure.
What do I get at $37?
A monochrome sketch with a written reading, emailed within 48 hours.
What do I get at $67?
Color in place of black and white, the reading, delivery within 6 hours and two bonus pieces.
What are the two bonuses?
A second reading called the Soul Connection Reading, and a calendar bonus called the Divine Timing Calendar. Both come with the $67 package only.
How quickly do the files arrive?
By email, up to 6 hours after ordering the $67 package and up to 48 hours after ordering the $37 package, according to the seller.
Do I pay again later?
Nothing recurs, per the seller: both packages are single payments. You may see optional extras after checkout.
How long is the refund window?
Sixty days from the purchase date. The seller's page states it in several places, and ClickBank's checkout for the higher package mentions the same period.
What is the way to request a refund?
Email the seller using the address printed on your receipt, with your order number, or ask ClickBank's order team to step in. Hold on to the receipt until the money returns.
Will the sketch look like someone I know?
The seller promises no likeness and no match. See the box near the end of this page for how the seller describes the sketch.
Do I need to send a picture?
Not at all. Every question is typed, and no upload is requested.
Is it for people under 18?
No. Buyers need to be adults, according to the seller's page.
