Key takeaways

  1. 01 The seller's own site is GeniusSwitchOriginal.com, and payment runs through a ClickBank checkout. That is the only route to the track this page could confirm.
  2. 02 The presenter says the track is not sold on Amazon, YouTube or Spotify, and that tracks found there are not the same as his.
  3. 03 A copy or re-upload is not the product you pay for: it carries no receipt, no 90-day refund, no bonuses and no support, and the Terms describe a personal-use copy.
  4. 04 You can confirm a genuine order by its ClickBank receipt and a CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch line on your card statement. Buying the original still does not prove the track works; no study tests it.

The phrase The Genius Switch original turns up in searches for a simple reason: the seller’s own website is GeniusSwitchOriginal.com, and buyers want to be sure they are getting that version rather than a copy. Since what is sold is a single 8-minute audio file, copying it takes seconds, and re-uploads and look-alikes are a real possibility. This guide explains where the seller sells it, why copies are not the same purchase, what the sales video says about YouTube and Spotify, and how to check that your order really went to the original seller.

Full disclosure: we are an independent publisher, and the seller has no hand in this guide. Our order buttons use affiliate tracking, and a purchase made through one of them may pay us a commission. We state only what we could confirm and flag anything we could not.

Genius switch original: what “original” means here

In this case, “original” is not a special edition or a premium tier. It is part of the seller’s domain name. What that site sells is one track lasting 8 minutes, described in the video as a “targeted auditory sequence”. Despite a sales page heading that reads “Genius Switch Audio Series”, the delivery described is a single file.

So getting the original simply means buying the seller’s own file through the seller’s own checkout. Everything that makes the purchase worth having, from the receipt to the refund window, depends on that route.

Where the seller’s own track is sold

Here is the path we could confirm, from the sales page through to delivery.

Amazon, YouTube and Spotify do not carry it, the video says, and our own search turned up no other storefront. Our guide to the seller’s website and safe ordering walks through the same checkout from the point of view of spotting fake pages.

What the original order includes that a copy does not.

Why copies and re-uploads are not the product

It is tempting to think a file is a file. With this product, that is not quite true, for four reasons.

You cannot confirm the audio is the same. A re-upload may be cut, re-encoded, mislabelled or something else entirely. Since the seller publishes no reference version, there is nothing to compare it with.

The licence does not cover it. What the buyer receives, in the words of the Terms of Sale, is “a copyrighted digital article for personal use”. A copy passed on or uploaded by someone else falls outside that.

Nothing stands behind it. A copy has no order number, so it has no 90-day refund, no seller support and no ClickBank help if something goes wrong.

The extras are missing. The four bonuses described in the video come with the order, not with a stray file.

YouTube and Spotify: what the video claims

The presenter, who introduces himself as “Dr. Daniel Barone”, tells viewers his track is absent from YouTube and Spotify and that whatever is there differs from it. Who he really is remains unconfirmed, and avatars or actors are permitted in the seller’s marketing under its own Terms.

What exactly makes the original different is never shown. The video says the method “has nothing to do with brain waves” and calls sound waves “incomplete”. It credits “neural sync technology” and says one hour of it was compressed into 8 minutes. Even so, the sales page props itself up with citations to 40 Hz binaural-beat papers and gamma-stimulation work. A buyer is left with a claim of difference but no way to check it.

That leads to a fair conclusion. The video gives a reason not to rely on free uploads: they are not the seller’s product. It gives no evidence that the seller’s sound does anything those uploads cannot. Both statements can be true at once. For what the binaural research does and does not show, see our guide to the binaural beats question.

How to confirm you bought the original

If you have already ordered, or are about to, these checks tell you whether the purchase went where it should.

Genius switch original infographic: five checks that confirm an order went to the seller through ClickBank
Five checks that confirm a genuine order.
  1. The checkout was ClickBank. The payment page should be a ClickBank checkout that labels the order a “Digital Product”.
  2. You have a ClickBank receipt. It arrives by email with an order number. Keep it.
  3. The statement matches. Your card or bank statement should show CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch.
  4. The track arrived by email. Delivery is digital and immediate after payment approval. Nothing is shipped.
  5. Support is the seller’s. Product help comes from the contact page or email on the seller’s site, [email protected], and order help from ClickBank on 1-800-390-6035.

If any of these do not match, contact ClickBank order support with whatever details you have. Do not hand card details to a page that is not part of this path.

Fine print that comes with the original

Buying the genuine track also means accepting the seller’s genuine fine print, and some of it is worth knowing.

Entertainment, not treatment. The Terms contain a section titled “For Entertainment Purposes Only”. It says “brain entrainment is not an exact science” and that the products “are provided for entertainment purposes only”. The site also says the track is “not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease”.

Price and urgency. Crossed-out figures of $200, $100 and $49 sit above the $39 offer on the sales page, while the video warns that $39 is “not guaranteed beyond today”. Both are the seller’s sales tactics.

Refunds. A digital order can be refunded for 90 days from the original purchase under the Terms, which matches the ClickBank checkout. Do not be thrown by the extra refund page on the site: it was lifted from a “NeuroActivate” bottle policy (unopened bottles, 60 days, a Tallmadge, Ohio return address) and has nothing to do with an audio file. Rely on the Terms and ClickBank.

Testimonials. According to the Terms, avatars or actors may perform the feedback you see, some of the people featured may know the founders personally as friends, family or early supporters, and the results on show are exceptional rather than typical.

What the original does and does not guarantee

Getting the genuine track guarantees you three practical things: the seller’s own file, a receipt, and the right to ask for a refund within 90 days. It does not guarantee results. Faster learning, sharper memory, luck, money, weight loss: each is something the seller says, not something shown. Nobody has published a trial of this track. Binaural-beat research in general consists of small studies with brief, mixed effects on attention or mood.

If you listen, our own safety rules apply: a soft volume, no listening at the wheel or around machinery, and a doctor’s opinion before you begin if you have epilepsy, have had a seizure or have hearing trouble. For a plain overview of the track, its bonuses and the rest of the fine print, see our guide to what the product is.

Our take on the genius switch original

If you decide to buy, buy the original. It is the only version with a receipt, a refund window, bonuses and someone to contact, and the personal-use licence only covers a copy you bought yourself. Getting there is simple: the seller’s page, the ClickBank checkout, the receipt email and the CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch statement line. Just keep the two questions separate. Whether you have the genuine track is easy to confirm. Whether the track does what the video says is not something anyone has shown.

Frequently asked questions

Is a free upload with the same name the real track?

You cannot tell, and the seller says it is not. In the video, the presenter rules out YouTube and Spotify as sources and calls what is posted there different. Even if an upload used the same audio, it would be outside the personal-use licence and would come with no refund or support.

How can I tell my order went to the original seller?

Look for three signs: you paid on a ClickBank checkout marked as a digital product, ClickBank then emailed you a receipt carrying an order number, and the charge appears as CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch on your card. The track itself comes by email straight after payment.

Does a copy come with the 90-day guarantee?

No. Refunds under the Terms, and the 90 days shown at ClickBank, attach to an order placed through that checkout. A copy from a friend, a re-upload or a file from an unrelated seller has no order behind it, so there is nothing to refund.

Does the original come with bonuses?

Yes, four of them according to the video. They are a guided visualisation whose creator is pitched as a top-rated name on the Calm app, a grocery guide aimed at brain fog and saving money, a classic book on attracting wealth written over a hundred years ago, and a printable chart of five daily habits.

Can a reseller offer the original at a lower price?

The Terms of Sale describe the track as a copyrighted digital article for personal use, which does not cover reselling. The checkout we could confirm is ClickBank at $39 plus local tax. Treat a cheaper offer elsewhere as a warning sign rather than a bargain.

Is the presenter of the original video a verified doctor?

The man on camera says his name is Dr. Daniel Barone and describes his work as neurology in New York City. His identity and his role are both unconfirmed by us, and the seller's Terms permit avatars or actors in its marketing.

Does buying the original prove that it works?

No. Buying the genuine track only means you have the seller's own file, receipt and refund rights. The track has never been the subject of a published study, and the Terms file the seller's products under entertainment.
