Key takeaways

  1. 01 The order link opens the seller's home page, which currently sells a different audio, The Genius Wave. The Genius Song is presented on the same site's /video/ and /text/ pages.
  2. 02 On the ClickBank checkout, the item name must begin with The Genius Song. If it names The Genius Wave, you are about to buy the other product.
  3. 03 The checkout shows your local currency plus local tax; it is a one-time digital purchase with no recurring charge listed.
  4. 04 Your card statement will show CLKBANK*Genius Song. Keep the ClickBank receipt: it holds the order number for support and refunds.

If you have decided to place the genius song order, the process has one surprise in it that catches people out: the link does not open on a page about The Genius Song. This walkthrough follows the path one screen at a time, from the first click to the receipt in your inbox, as we found it on 2026-10-09. It covers what each page shows, what to check before paying, what the charge looks like on your statement, and what to do once the payment goes through.

A quick disclosure: this is an independent guide, not a page run by the seller. The buttons here are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when someone orders through them. We describe the steps exactly as we saw them either way, including the confusing parts.

Before you start: what you need

Have these ready, and the order takes a few minutes:

  • An email address you check often. Everything after payment, from the receipt to the track or login details, is sent by email.
  • A payment method. Use whichever option the checkout offers for your country.
  • About two minutes for the Terms. The link sits in the page footer. The refund and testimonial sections are worth a look.
  • Being 18 or older. The Terms limit purchases to adults.

The Genius Song order in six steps

StepWhat you doWhat you should see
1Open the linkThe seller’s home page, currently selling The Genius Wave
2Go to the /video/ or /text/ pageThe Genius Song presentation and its order box
3Click through to checkoutA ClickBank page naming The Genius Song
4Enter details and payPrice in your local currency, plus local tax
5Save the receiptA ClickBank email with your order number
6Check your inboxThe track or login details for the audio

The order buttons on this page pass through ClickBank and then arrive at the official site’s home page. On our visit, that landing page advertised The Genius Wave, which the seller sells separately; The Genius Song’s own presentation lives deeper in the same domain, at /video/. The home page we saw had its own “Buy Genius Wave Now” button and no link onward to The Genius Song. We checked from outside the US and cannot rule out that visitors elsewhere see a different page. We explain that landing, and how to tell the two audios apart, in our Genius Song website guide.

Step 2: Reach The Genius Song page

Add /video/ to the site’s address to reach the presentation. Expect to sit through a fair part of the 39-minute video first: the page reveals its order box only once some 18 minutes have played. If you would rather read, the same site has a text version at /text/, which carries an order section of its own. Both pages show the “Regular Price” of $200, $100 and $49 crossed out above “Today Just For $39”. Those crossed-out figures are the seller’s reference prices.

Step 3: Read the checkout before you type anything

The order button leads to a ClickBank checkout on a geniusbr.pay.clickbank.net address. Before filling in a single field, check three things:

  1. The product line reads “The Genius Song (90-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee)”.
  2. It is marked as a digital product, with nothing to ship.
  3. The price shown matches what you expect once your local tax is added.

The checkout we saw offered no add-on item next to the track. Viewed from India, it showed ₹4,207.93 plus ₹757.43 tax, ₹4,965.36 in total. In the US you will see dollars; elsewhere, your own currency with local tax.

Step 4: Pay

Enter your contact and payment details. Type the email address carefully, since this is where the delivery goes. The video stresses that the order form is encrypted; that is the seller’s description, and ClickBank, which runs the checkout, is named on the site as the retailer. Pay once. If the page seems to hang, check your email for a receipt before trying again, so you are not charged twice.

Step 5: The receipt and the statement line

ClickBank sends a receipt by email. It contains the order number, which is the reference both the seller and ClickBank will ask for later. According to the checkout page, your card or bank statement will list the payment under the name CLKBANK*Genius Song. Keep the receipt somewhere safe, along with the date: the refund window runs from that day.

Step 6: What happens after payment

The checkout promises: “Immediate access to digital products or services in your cart are available once payment is approved.” The seller then describes delivery in two ways: the video says the track is emailed within minutes and can be downloaded to a phone or computer, whereas the /text/ page has buyers receiving a username and password by email for an online “Private Audio Portal”, streamed in the browser. We did not buy, so we cannot tell you which arrives. If nothing comes, our access troubleshooting guide covers what to try.

Two more things to expect. Some ClickBank products show further offers after the main payment; we could not check whether this one does without buying. And the Terms say buyers are added to the seller’s email lists, which carry an unsubscribe link in every message.

Two audios from one seller: avoid the wrong item

Because the link lands on a page for The Genius Wave, it is easy to buy that by mistake. The seller presents them as different products, and the checkout labels them differently.

Pressure you will meet on the way

The video uses several lines meant to hurry you: the $39 price “is not guaranteed beyond today”, your order is “set aside” but “may be given away” if you leave, there may be a waiting list if it sells out, and the presenter will not offer it online “forever”. These are sales tactics, not facts you can check. A digital file does not run out of stock. Take your time.

Mistakes that cause trouble later

  • A typo in the email address. The most common reason a buyer never sees the track.
  • Ordering twice because a page was slow. Check for a receipt first.
  • Buying The Genius Wave by mistake. Read the checkout line.
  • Buying from a copy site. Per the seller, its own website is the one place the track is sold; you will not find it on Amazon, Spotify or YouTube, and there is no app.
  • Losing the receipt. Without the order number, every request takes longer.

If you change your mind after ordering

The Terms state: “For Digital Products, you may get a refund on any purchase requested within 90 days of your initial purchase.” The checkout repeats the 90-day period. Contact ClickBank on 1-800-390-6035 or through clkbank.com with your order number. For problems with the audio itself, the seller’s product support is [email protected].

Ignore the separate page at /TOS/refunds/. It belongs to a bottled product called “NeuroActivate”: its 60-day limit, its rule about unopened bottles and its return address in Tallmadge, Ohio have nothing to do with an audio download. A card dispute, which the FTC explains in its consumer guide, is for when the seller and ClickBank do not respond.

Before you listen: the fine print

An order is a good moment to be clear about what the purchase is. The presenter calls himself Dr. Robert Lake; the disclaimer on the seller’s pages says this is a pen name: “Robert Lake is a pen name used with the consent of our leading neuroscientist.” The NASA and clinic credentials in the pitch are the sales page’s description, which we could not verify.

The Terms are also frank about the testimonials. Feedback may be dramatised by “digital representations, avatars, or actors”, names are changed, some storytellers were paid or know the founders personally, and the results shown are exceptional. A section named “For Entertainment Purposes Only” adds: “brain entrainment is not an exact science and we recommend that you do not treat it as such. The products are provided for entertainment purposes only.”

The bonuses are a moving target: up to four digital extras are mentioned, but the video and the /text/ page do not list the same ones, so do not order for the sake of a particular bonus. On the science, gamma rhythms are real, but studies of audio entrainment show small and uneven effects, and no study has looked at this track. It is no replacement for medical care. For our view on whether to buy at all, see our buying decision guide.

Our general advice when you start listening: keep the sound at a level that stays pleasant, never use it while driving or operating machinery, and if you have had seizures or have a hearing problem, check with a doctor first.

Our take

Ordering is simple once you know the trick: the link opens a page for The Genius Wave, and The Genius Song lives on the /video/ and /text/ pages. Check the checkout line, type your email carefully, pay once, and file the receipt with the date. That receipt is your key to support and to the 90-day refund if the track is not for you.

Frequently asked questions

What should the checkout's item name say?

The checkout is run by ClickBank, and the product line should name The Genius Song with its 90-day money back guarantee, marked as a digital product. If the line names The Genius Wave instead, go back: that is a separate audio from the same seller.

Why is the checkout showing a currency other than dollars?

ClickBank displays the price in your local currency and adds local tax. From an Indian connection, the $39 track showed as about ₹4,208 plus ₹757 tax. The amount you pay therefore depends on your country.

I see a CLKBANK charge I do not recognise. Is it this order?

If it reads CLKBANK*Genius Song, it is very likely this purchase: ClickBank's checkout says that is how the charge appears. Search your email for the ClickBank receipt to confirm the date and amount before you contact your bank.

Can I order from the /text/ page instead of the video?

Yes. The /text/ page carries the same pitch in written form and has its own order section, so you do not have to wait for the button that the /video/ page reveals roughly 18 minutes into its 39-minute presentation.

Will I be offered anything else after I pay?

We could not check, because that would mean buying. Some ClickBank products show further offers after the main payment, so read any extra page carefully before clicking. The checkout itself listed only the track, as a one-time charge that is not recurring.

I ordered by mistake. Can I cancel?

Ask ClickBank for a refund, quoting the order number from your receipt. The seller's Terms set a 90-day limit for refund requests on digital products, counted from purchase, and the checkout repeats it. Call 1-800-390-6035 or use clkbank.com.

What should I do right after paying?

File the ClickBank receipt, note the purchase date, and watch for the delivery email, which the seller describes either as the track itself or as login details for its audio portal. If nothing arrives, write to [email protected] with your order number.
