The Genius Switch FAQ: 16 Plain Answers on the Track, Listening, Evidence, Refunds and Support

It is one digital audio recording, eight minutes long, that the seller calls a "targeted auditory sequence" and sells for $39. The sales page also uses the heading "Genius Switch Audio Series". The seller markets it as "whole brain activation", its own phrase rather than a medical term. You download the file after checkout and play it yourself.

Neither one exists. Nothing in the video, on the sales page or at the ClickBank checkout mentions an app download or anything to play. What arrives is a plain sound file that you keep on a phone or computer and open in the media player you already use. There are no levels, scores or logins, so an app using the name did not come from this offer.

The seller's instructions are simple: put on headphones, close your eyes and play the track once a day. Pick a quiet spot where you can sit or lie down. The file works offline once it is saved, so you do not need a connection each time. Keep the volume at a level that feels comfortable.

Each session lasts eight minutes, the full length of the track, and the seller suggests one session daily. The video says skipping a day now and then is "okay". If you plan to judge it fairly, listen on most days for several weeks and keep a brief note of how your focus and mood feel.

Not for this track. No published study has tested it. Some small binaural-beat studies, such as a 2020 experiment by Ross and Lopez using 40 Hz beats during an attention task, report short-term effects, and a 2019 meta-analysis found results varied with frequency and listening time. Those studies used lab sounds, not this file.

Unclear, because the seller's own materials disagree. In the video, the method "has nothing to do with brain waves". The reference list on the sales page, though, cites research into gamma stimulation and into binaural beats at 40 Hz. The frequencies inside the recording are not published, so nobody outside the company can say which description is accurate.

The presenter, who introduces himself as "Dr. Daniel Barone", claims to be a neurologist in New York City, and a headline brands him a "Top NYC Brain Doctor". Nothing we found confirms what part, if any, he played in making or selling the track, and the Terms let the marketing use actors or avatars. His title is not a medical endorsement.

Treat them with care. The video names "Lisa, a nurse from San Diego", "Matthew in Houston", "Ellie from Manhattan" and "Joyce Webb from Tempe". Right beside those names belongs the Terms' warning: actors or digital avatars may perform such accounts, some speakers could be early supporters, friends or relatives of the founders, and the outcomes are exceptional rather than typical. None of them is an independent review.

Our own general guidance for audio products of this kind: choose a volume that never feels loud, and do not play it behind the wheel or while using machinery. People living with epilepsy, anyone who has had a seizure and anyone with hearing trouble should get medical advice beforehand. Memory or focus trouble that is new or getting worse calls for a medical check, not a track.

The price is $39, paid once. The sales page shows $200, $100 and $49 crossed out, but those are the seller's reference figures. The video presents $39 as a "special" that is "not guaranteed beyond today", which is an urgency tactic. ClickBank shows the total in your local currency and adds tax where it applies.

Four digital extras, according to the video. One is a guided visualization by someone the seller describes as highly rated on Calm. Another is a supermarket guide on foods the seller ties to brain fog, with tips for spending less. The third is a book on financial success first published more than a century ago, and the last is a printable chart of five habits.

The Terms allow refunds on digital products within 90 days of the original purchase, and the ClickBank checkout repeats a 90-day policy. The count starts on the day you pay. To ask for your money back, contact ClickBank order support online at clkbank.com or by phone, and have your receipt email ready.

A separate Refund page on the seller's site seems to be left over from a physical product called NeuroActivate, with a 60-day window, unopened items only and a return address in Ohio. It does not fit a downloaded audio file. For The Genius Switch, rely on the 90-day terms in the Terms page and at ClickBank checkout.

The charge shows as CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch, because ClickBank processes the payment for the seller. If you see that line and do not recognize it, check your email for the ClickBank receipt before assuming fraud. If you need to query or reverse the charge, ClickBank order support can look it up by your details.

Only from geniusswitchoriginal.com, whose order button leads to a ClickBank payment page (thegeniusx.pay.clickbank.net). According to the video you will not find it on Amazon, YouTube or Spotify, and the presenter says the audio posted on those two streaming platforms is not the same as his. A purchase made anywhere else may not come with the 90-day refund.

For questions about the track itself, email the seller at [email protected]. For payment, order or refund problems, use ClickBank order support at clkbank.com or call 1-800-390-6035. If the download email has not arrived, check your spam folder first. Later marketing emails may come from GeniusSwitchOfficial.com.
