Where to Buy Joint Genesis: The Safe Way to Order, Prices and What to Check First

Once Joint Genesis has made your shortlist, the practical question is where to order it. Our answer is simple: use the order page we checked. This guide shows how to get there, what to confirm when you arrive and what happens after you pay, so you can buy with confidence.

The short answer

Order from the page our buttons open. It offers the three packages, the two e-books on the largest one and the 180-day guarantee. We read the prices, the shipping terms and the refund rules on that page on October 27, 2026, and nowhere else. According to the seller, no shelf stocks it. A listing on another site may differ in price, in what is in the box and in the refund terms, and we have no way to vouch for it.

Why the source matters

The seller’s refund page assumes you ordered from its own page. It names a specific returns address, a support team and an exact process. A bottle from a marketplace or a reseller falls outside what we checked, and a look-alike website has no connection to the seller at all.

Ordering from the page we checked keeps four things in place:

• The 180-day guarantee, which starts on the order date.
• The two free e-books that go with six bottles.
• The shipping terms and the delivery estimates.
• The support routes, with product questions going to the seller and order questions to ClickBank.

Four checks before you pay

When the page opens, take thirty seconds to confirm these points:

1. ClickBank checkout. The order runs through ClickBank, and the payment step shows it.
2. Three packages. Two, three and six bottles at $79, $69 and $49 each on the day we looked.
3. The guarantee wording. One hundred eighty days that run from the order date, with empty bottles not required in a return.
4. The seller’s name and domain. completejointcare.net is the seller’s address, and the bottle label names BioDynamix, 19655 E 35th Drive, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011. We print the address as plain text, so it is easy to check against your browser bar.

If all four match, you are in the right place.

What checkout looks like

You pick a package, enter your details and pay once through ClickBank. The seller says there is no subscription or auto-ship. Inside the US, six bottles ship free, while two and three bottles add $9.95, so look at the shipping line before you confirm. Outside the US, shipping is $19.95 on two and three bottles, and customs and taxes are yours to pay. Any tax shows at checkout.

After you pay

Dispatch is immediate, the seller says, with US parcels due in 5 to 7 business days and international ones in up to two weeks. With six bottles, the e-books are digital files you can open as soon as the order goes through.

When you place the order, write down the date. That is the day your 180 days begin.

A walk through the order page

The page leads with the product and three package cards, each showing a price per bottle and a supply length. The 2-bottle card is the starter. A crossed-out $79 a bottle appears on the three-bottle and six-bottle cards, and the six-bottle card adds free US shipping and the e-books. The seller’s FAQ and refund page answer many of the questions shoppers ask, so give them a read before you pay.

A quick pre-order checklist

• You know which package you want and why.
• You have checked the shipping line for your address.
• If you take medicine or have a medical condition, your doctor has weighed in.
• You have noted the support email, [email protected].
• You will write down the order date.

If the page looks different

If the page you reach does not match what we describe, do not rush. Close the tab, reopen our button and compare again, because prices and package names can change after our check date of October 27, 2026. When in doubt, email [email protected] with a screenshot and ask whether the page is theirs. Pay with a card or another method that gives you dispute rights, and look at the statement within a few days of ordering.

How to read a look-alike page

Look-alike pages are common for popular supplements. Some signs to watch for:

• No named checkout. The order page we checked names ClickBank.
• Vague prices. The page we checked shows three clear packages.
• No refund wording, or wording that starts the clock somewhere other than the order date.
• A different seller name or no way to contact anyone.

If a page fails any of these, go back to our button instead.

What to keep after your order

Save the confirmation email, the packing slip, the order date and the refund steps. A small folder in your inbox takes a minute to set up and saves searching later. Keep any unopened bottles in their original condition until you have decided, since those are the ones that go back in a return. Jot down which package you picked and what it cost, so your paperwork matches the page you ordered from.

If you ever need the guarantee

The steps are short. Write to [email protected] or phone (800) 589-4191 inside the 180 days, quoting your name, the order email and the confirmation number. Then post any unopened bottles, packing slip enclosed, to BIODYNAMIX at 19655 East 35th Drive, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011 and cover the postage yourself. After the parcel reaches the seller, the refund takes up to 5 to 7 business days. Phone lines open on weekdays at 6 am until 5 pm, and on Saturdays from 6 am until 2 pm, Pacific time.

Which package to pick when you order

All three share the same guarantee, so pick on how long you want to be covered. Two bottles at $79 each give 60 days. Three bottles at $69 each give 90 days. Six bottles at $49 each give 180 days, with the cheapest bottles on the page. Our price page has the numbers, and the official website guide goes deeper on the seller’s pages. Questions?
