Key takeaways
- 01 The core purchase is a single digital audio track that the seller says runs about 7 minutes.
- 02 Bonus counts conflict: the video names four extras after promising three, and the text page promises four but lists three.
- 03 Delivery is described two ways, an emailed download and a Private Audio Portal login, and no file format is stated.
- 04 Nothing physical arrives, there is no app or game, and the seller says the track is not sold on Spotify, YouTube or Amazon.
- 05 The Terms treat the purchase as a personal-use copy for one buyer, refundable for 90 days through ClickBank.
Think of this page as a packing list for a parcel that never arrives by post. It sorts every part of a Genius Song order into what the seller says you get, where that statement appears, and what could not be confirmed. Sources are the sales video, the /video/ and /text/ pages, the Terms and the ClickBank checkout, as read on 2026-10-09.
Inventory in one table
| Part | Seller’s description | Named on | Confirmed? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main audio | About 7 minutes, daily | Video, text page | Length not checked |
| Kids’ audio | The Genius Child | Video only | No |
| Old book | Financial success classic | Video, text page | Title not given |
| Visualization | Guided session | Video, text page | Creator not named |
| Infographic | Printable habits sheet | Video, text page | Content not seen |
| Access | Email or portal login | Video vs text page | Conflicting |
The track itself
The sales video describes taking “one hour of brain entrainment” and turning it into “a seven minute sound wave”, which it then calls “the genius song” and sells as “a digital audio track”. That is the entire core product. The actual running time and what the audio contains could not be checked for this page, so “about 7 minutes” stays the seller’s figure.
The suggested routine is brief: headphones on, eyes closed, one play a day. The presenter adds that skipping a day is “okay”. The hook at the start of the video talks about a “seven second” trick or morning ritual, yet what is sold is a track of several minutes. The video never shows a separate seven-second step.
Who is describing it
The narrator introduces himself as “doctor Robert Lake”. The footer of the seller’s own pages states that “Robert Lake is a pen name used with the consent of our leading neuroscientist”. The headline’s NASA label, the New York City clinic he refers to and his claimed 34 years as a neuroscientist are sales-page statements; none can be traced to a named person.
The bonuses, as each page lists them
Here the seller’s pages disagree with themselves. The video announces “three free bonuses” and then describes four. The text version of the sales page advertises “$197.00 In Free Gifts” and “4 free bonuses”, but its list has only three entries.
| Extra | In the video | On /text/ |
|---|---|---|
| The Genius Child (focus audio for kids) | Yes | Not listed |
| 100+ year old book on financial success | Yes | Yes |
| Guided visualization (Calm app creator) | Yes | Yes, as “Genius Visualization” |
| Five habits printable infographic | Yes | Yes, as “Create Your Ideal Future” |
A few notes on each:
- The book: the video says it is the work “The Secret was secretly based on” and values it at “twenty dollars on Amazon”. No title appears in the bonus section.
- The visualization: credited to a top-rated creator on the Calm app. The automatic captions mishear this as “call map”; the text page spells it “Calm App”. The creator’s name is not given.
- The kids’ audio: only the video mentions it. If it matters to you, look at what the order page states before paying.
How access reaches you
Two different pictures of delivery appear in the seller’s material:
- Emailed download. The video says the track is “emailed to you in a matter of minutes”, with nothing sent by post. The text page FAQ also tells buyers to download the audio to a phone or computer.
- Online portal. The order section on the text page promises “on-demand access to your Private Audio Portal”, with login details sent by email and the option to “stream from any device”.
The ClickBank checkout confirms the order type: “Digital Product”, not shippable, not recurring, with immediate access once payment is approved. It does not settle whether that access is a file, a login or both. The format of the audio is never stated anywhere, so this page names none. Our blog post on the download process walks through the steps after payment.
What you need on your side
| Requirement | Why |
|---|---|
| Phone or computer | The seller names both as places to keep or play the audio |
| Headphones | Part of the routine the video describes |
| Email inbox you check | Access details arrive there |
| Internet connection | Needed to receive access; portal streaming would need it too |
No special app or player is mentioned. Volume and listening-position advice is on our safety page.
Licence and personal-use terms
The Terms of Sale open with “You are paying $39 today for The Genius Song” and define the purchase as “a copyrighted digital article for personal use”. It is for one user, without sharing or resale. The seller is Happy Consumer LLC in Puerto Rico, and orders are limited to adults (18 and over). The Genius Switch, another audio title, comes from this publisher too, under a different ClickBank vendor ID.
The Terms also carry a heading titled “For Entertainment Purposes Only”, stating that brain entrainment “is not an exact science”. Keep that line in mind when the video describes the track as life-changing.
Absent from the order
- An app or a game. Nothing to install, no levels or scores.
- A physical item. The device picture on the sales page is the seller’s mockup.
- Streaming platform versions. The video says “We only offer the Genius song direct through this website” and argues that YouTube or Spotify tracks are not the same. Amazon does not sell it either.
- A subscription. Checkout shows a single charge with no recurring plan.
- Proof it works. No published study has tested this recording.
- Real testimonial identities. The Terms say names “have been changed”, parts of the marketing “have been dramatized”, and some featured people may be actors, avatars or paid supporters.

Refund coverage for everything above
Under the Terms, a digital purchase can be refunded “within 90 days of your initial purchase”, and ClickBank’s checkout states that same window. A separate /TOS/refunds/ page on the site describes a NeuroActivate physical product policy (60 days, unopened items, an Ohio return address) that does not fit a digital audio purchase. Use ClickBank’s route and keep your receipt. Step-by-step refund help and cost per listen are on the price page.

Frequently asked questions
How many audio tracks come in a Genius Song order?
One main track. The video calls it a 'seven minute sound wave' turned into 'a digital audio track'. A kids' focus audio called The Genius Child is named as a bonus in the video only, so whether you also receive that depends on which page the offer follows.
What file type is the track?
No format is given. We checked the video, the text page and the ClickBank checkout, and none of them names one. The text page even describes streaming from an online portal, so treat any format you see claimed elsewhere as a guess until you have your own access email.
Is anything mailed to my home?
No. The ClickBank checkout lists the order as a digital product that is not shippable and not recurring. The device picture on the sales page is a mockup made by the seller, not a photo of something sent by post.
Can my partner or children use my copy?
The Terms of Sale describe the purchase as a copyrighted digital article for personal use by a single user, with no sharing or resale. Read that as one copy per buyer. Also note the Terms say buyers must be 18 or older.
Where do I ask if the access email never comes?
Check spam and promotions folders, then write to [email protected], the product support address on the sales pages. ClickBank order support at clkbank.com or 1-800-390-6035 can look up the order from your receipt details.
